The court offered a deal which was not in my favor and Phil was very courteous with allowing me to decide if I wanted to take it or not but did suggest some guidance, although a still a risk, that likely it might not be in my best interest to accept the deal as he did believe we could get a better deal especially with how the courts were jammed and that he would work diligently to get me a better deal. I just wanted to send you a quick note to say thank you for the way you handled my daughter Mariah's recent court case. She was unfortunately charged with speeding in an obvious "speed trap", which was very unlike her as she is normally a very safe and careful driver. This charge came with a hefty fine and worst of all some heavy points that would have most certainly meant a large increase in her insurance rates.
