Amazing customer service and great communication! My dad doesn't know much English, so when he got a ticket, there was a lot of fear about his next steps and what we should do. Phil and his team at legal action are amazing! Phil is very professional and helpful throughout entire process. I was charged with a traffic infraction, and they had video evidence. The court offered a deal which was not in my favor and Phil was very courteous with allowing me to decide if I wanted to take it or not but did suggest some guidance, although a still a risk, that likely it might not be in my best interest to accept the deal as he did believe we could get a better deal especially with how the courts were jammed and that he would work diligently to get me a better deal. Phil, only name you should know when it comes to fighting your traffic tickets! He stays on top of your case better then any traffic court lawyer out there. I just wanted to send you a quick note to say thank you for the way you handled my daughter Mariah's recent court case. She was unfortunately charged with speeding in an obvious "speed trap", which was very unlike her as she is normally a very safe and careful driver. This charge came with a hefty fine and worst of all some heavy points that would have most certainly meant a large increase in her insurance rates. I am so glad I went to Legal Action for two of my tickets. 1) Driver fail to wear a seat belt 2) Driver fail to stop at a stop sign.
